I think it depends on what your trying to accomplish, and what style bike your riding at the present time. For a full body workout I'd go with the Roger Black Silver Spin Bike. I believe that style will more relate to a bicycle, and I used to ride the same style at work at our gym and I can truthfully say it works well. The bike can be set up the same as the bike you ride. With my style of riding at present I would go with the MOTIVEfitness Recumbent Cycle/ Rower. Only because I'm riding Recumbents. I think a real good work can be had on any you chose, you are the one who has to be willing to put in the time and effort. |
