Best Exercise Bike

Question: Best exercise bike to buy? uk?

I want to by a exercise bike for my dad for his bday. I dont have much money, and the main things i want is a heart rate monitor built in if poss and it to be as quiet as possible! thanks p.s im in the uk

Ermmm well the cheap way is to get some rollers and put a bike ontop. You can buy a heartrate moniter in any bike store.
