Firstly at 68 kilos and 175cms. I don't think you have much weight to lose. As you tone up you will probably find that you will replace fat with muscle. If you exercise at a rate that you just start to pant.(difficult to hold a conversation but not gasping ) this will place you in at best heart rate to burn fat and build condition. The longer you can do this for the better. If you do this often also you will tone up pretty quick. You wiil find that doing this for hours on end is boring. You might want to try the real thing. It is harder to get distracted. It is really enjoyable and becomes addictive. Setting distance targets is quite motivating. Finding a regular destination can help you keep at it. Good luck. |
