Upright Exercise Bikes

Question: What is the best upright exercise bike for a tall person?

I was wondering if there are any upright exercise bikes on the market suitable for tall people. I am 6'2'' and 200lbs. I have tried out a Schwinn 140 in a nearby sports store but my knees just about hit the handlebars. The only bike in the store that was a good fit was a ProForm but I've read bad reviews about those. I don't have an outdoor bike and don't want a recumbent exercise bike. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Did you adjust the saddle high enough, it also adjusts fore and aft. Chances are it was set up for a shorter person.
